Job Requirements

  1. Ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned and maintained to the required standards
  2. Train, motivate, and evaluate the performance of housekeeping staff
  3. Manage and order cleaning supplies, linens, and room essential
  4. Address guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally
  5. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance, to address issues
  7. Identify areas for improvement in housekeeping procedures and implement changes to enhance service quality
  8. Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including scheduling and assigning duties to staff.
