Job Requirements
- Ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned and maintained to the required standards
- Train, motivate, and evaluate the performance of housekeeping staff
- Manage and order cleaning supplies, linens, and room essential
- Address guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance, to address issues
- Identify areas for improvement in housekeeping procedures and implement changes to enhance service quality
- Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including scheduling and assigning duties to staff.
